Upgrading plans

Switch plans from inside the app. Workspace Owner can do this unilaterally, no support ticket needed for Free, Starter, Growth, or Agency tiers.

How

  1. Open /workspaces/<id>/settingsfrom the sidebar (it's labelled Plan & usage).
  2. Scroll to the Plan card. You'll see all five tiers as compact cards with price, projects, sessions, and retention.
  3. Click any non-current card to select it.
  4. Click Switch plan. The new quota and project cap apply immediately.

Downgrading

You can downgrade the same way. If your current usage already exceeds the new plan's caps (e.g. you have 8 projects and downgrade to Growth's 5-project ceiling), existing projects keep working but you can't create new ones until you're back under the cap. Sessions on existing projects continue to record up to the new monthly limit.

Enterprise

Switching to Enterprise is contract-based and isn't available via the self-serve picker (the Enterprise card is visually disabled with a "Contact us" hint). Use the Enterprise enquiry form to tell us what you need (SSO, audit logs, custom retention, DPA, residency) and we'll scope it.

Who can change the plan

Workspace Owneronly. Admins can't change billing because plan choice has real-world cost implications.
