Roles & permissions
Three roles per workspace: Owner, Admin, Member. There can only be one Owner at a time. Here's exactly what each can do.

Transferring ownership
The Owner can't leave the workspace or be removed by an Admin. To transfer ownership, contact support, we'll move the OWNER role over once both parties have confirmed. A self-service transfer is on the roadmap.
Enterprise plan note
Switching a workspace to the Enterprise plan is restricted to the global Replayful Owner role since Enterprise is contract-based. Self-serve customers can pick Free, Starter, Growth, or Agency from the in-app plan picker. See Upgrading plans.
