Refund policy

Plain English. Read with our terms.

The short version

Replayful is a monthly subscription. If something goes wrong in the first 30 days of a paid month, we'll refund it. If you downgrade or cancel mid-cycle, we don't pro-rate, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

To request a refund, email info@replayful.co from the email on the account. We aim to respond within one business day.

Free plan

The Free plan is free. There's nothing to refund. You can downgrade to Free from a paid plan at any time, see the Cancellation section below for timing.

30-day money-back guarantee

New paid subscriptions come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If Replayful doesn't work for you for any reason within the first 30 days of a paid month, ask for a refund and we'll issue it in full.

The 30-day window resets only on the first paid month, not on every renewal. If you've been on a paid plan for six months and want a refund, see the next section.

Refunds outside the 30-day window

Outside the first 30 days, we issue refunds at our discretion when the issue is on our side. Examples we'd typically refund:

  • Significant downtime that prevented recording for more than one full day of the paid month.
  • Billing errors (duplicate charges, charged after cancellation, wrong plan applied).
  • A material feature we advertised becoming permanently unavailable mid-month.

Examples we typically wouldn't refund:

  • Not using the service. We don't track who's logged in to gate refunds, but the subscription model assumes you can cancel at any time, not that we refund unused months.
  • Changing your mind months in (use the cancel button instead).
  • Issues caused by your tracker integration that we can't reproduce on a clean test site.

Cancellation and downgrades

You can cancel or downgrade from Plan & usage on your workspace at any time. There's no cancellation fee and no notice period.

When you cancel a paid plan, it stays active until the end of the current billing period. You keep access to all of your recordings under the current plan's retention window.

When you downgrade to a lower tier, the change takes effect immediately. If your current usage already exceeds the new plan's caps, existing projects keep working but you can't create new ones until you're back under the cap.

Enterprise contracts

Enterprise customers are on a separate signed contract. Refund terms are whatever the contract says, this policy doesn't override them.

How refunds reach you

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. For other methods, timing may vary.
