Manage members and roles
Replayful workspaces have three roles: Owner, Admin, Member. Here's how to invite, promote, and remove people.
Inviting a member
- In the sidebar, click
Membersunder the active workspace. - Enter the email and pick a role:
- Member, view sessions and analytics in projects.
- Admin, everything a Member can do, plus create / delete projects, invite other members, and share sessions.
- Click
Send invite. They get an email with a tokenised link.
The invite expires after 7 days. If a recipient doesn't accept in time, send a new invite, they'll get fresh email.
Changing roles
Workspace Owners can promote / demote Members and Admins. On theMemberspage, use the dropdown beside each member's row to switch them between Member and Admin. There can only be one Owner per workspace, to transfer ownership, contact support.
Removing a member
Owners and Admins can remove other members. Click Remove on the row. The user loses access immediately. Their authored notes and shared sessions are preserved but tagged as authored by a removed user.
Plan seat limits
Each plan has a seat ceiling. Trying to invite past the cap shows a clear error pointing at the Plan & usage page. Upgrade there if you need more seats, see Upgrading plans.
